Returns:

Canada Vape Club accepts returns within 7 days, of unopened hardware in it's original packaging, at the expense of the client. (If shipping back to Canada Vape Club)

The personal nature of vaping hardware does not allow for returns after a product has been opened.  Therefore, if staff in store open and setup your equipment and it is in use, no returns are permitted.  Please see store staff if this situation applies to you.

Exceptions are made for unused open box product.

Due to the nature of E-Liquid, no returns of E-Liquid are permitted.  Canada Vape Club will replace defective E-Liquids at our sole discretion once batch research is concluded.
